Internal Forces offer condolences for martyrs' families in Qamishlo

The Internal Security Command in the Hasakah Governorate offered their condolences to the families of Ministry of Defense personnel who were martyred in an attack south of the city of Qamishlo, claiming a group of people described as "outlaws" were responsible for the attack. Condolences from the Internal Security Command in Hasakah are extended to the families of the martyrs of the Qamishlo Brigade and confirms their pursuit of those behind the attack.

Last night, armed men attacked a checkpoint run by the Qamishlo Brigade under the Syrian Ministry of Defense, resulting in the martyrdom of two fighters and wounding others.

In condemnation of the attack, the Internal Security Command in the Hasakah Governorate released a statement confirming their pursuit of those responsible for the attack in order to arrest them and put them before the law.

This statement appears on the official website of the Internal Security Forces:

"The Command of the Internal Security Forces in the governorate of al-Hasakah conveys its sincerest condolences and deep sympathies to the families of the martyrs of the Ministry of Defense who were killed in Qamishlo because of an act committed by an outlawed group with the aim of undermining the security and stability in the governorate.

Despite the sorrow and grief for their martyrs, the Command stresses that their blood will not go in vain and that they will chase after the perpetrators of the crime until they are captured and punished according to the law."
