HPG eliminates Turkish soldier in Zap

Today, the Media Center of HPG issued a statement about the Guerrilla operations and the Turkish occupation attacks on the Defense Areas.

“Shahid Dalil area west of Zap;

On January 4, at 10:00, in Amadiye Hill, specific operations were carried out against the occupation soldiers who wanted to bomb our military trenches with prohibited explosives, and resulted in the death of a soldier from the Turkish occupation army.

On January 4, at 10:10 and 12:00, our forces carried out strong strikes with heavy weapons against the occupation soldiers in Judi Hill.

On January 4, at 14:00, in the resistance square in Judi Hill, when the occupation began to move, they were attacked with heavy weapons, which led to stopping occupation army’s movement. The operation was carried out by our forces affiliated with the Free Women’s Units (YJA Star).

On January 6, between 08:30 and 14:30, in Judi Hill, the occupation army’s movements were attacked with heavy weapons.

On January 6, at 16:00, in Judi Hill, our forces targeted the occupation soldiers with heavy weapons, and also directed strong strikes at a site belonging to the occupation soldiers.

On January 4, at 12:00, our forces targeted an occupation military truck with heavy weapons in Amadiye Hill.

Turkish occupation army attacks with banned explosives, chemical gases, and booby-trapped drones;

On January 4 and 6, our military trenches were bombed twice with banned explosives and three times with explosive drones in Judi Hill, the Shahid Dalil area, west of Zap.

On January 4, our military trenches were bombed twice by explosive drones in the Shahid Diyar area in the Zap region.

 Turkish occupation army attacks;

On January 5 and 6, Turkish warplanes bombed the squares of Beşili, Shilaza, and Metina in the Metina region 8 times, the areas of the Loulan River, Senin and Kulet in the Khakurk region 6 times, the Resistance Square of Bahar Hill in the Martyr Dalil area west of Zap, and the Amadiye Hill Square 4 times , Khakurk Square, Jasudan Hill, and Balayan in the Qandil region 4 times, a total of 22 times, and despite all these attacks, our forces were not harmed.

The Shahid Dalil area, Metina and Khakurk, was also subjected to artillery shelling.
