HPG: 3 Turkish soldiers killed, wounded in Medya Defense Zones

The Media Center of the People's Defense Forces (HPG) issued a statement today regarding operations conducted by guerrilla forces and attacks carried out by the Turkish occupation army. The statement read:

 In the Martyr Delil Area, West Zap:

 December 23 at 10:05 AM:

Our forces targeted the Turkish occupation army in the resistance area of Bahar Hill with heavy weapons.

 December 24 at 7:30 AM:

Our forces again targeted the Turkish occupation army in the resistance area of Bahar Hill with heavy weapons.

 December 25 at 1:00 PM and 5:30 PM:

Our forces intervened against enemy soldiers advancing toward war tunnels in the resistance area of Judi Hill using light arms, halting their movements.

 December 25 at 4:15 PM:

Our forces targeted enemy soldiers in the resistance area of Judi Hill with heavy weapons, destroying a military position.

 December 26 at 1:30 AM:

Our forces conducted a sniper operation, destroying an enemy surveillance camera system in the resistance area of Judi Hill.

 December 26 at 10:55 AM, 11:00 AM, 11:05 AM, and 11:10 AM:

Female fighters from the Free Women’s Units carried out four heavy-weapon strikes on the Turkish occupation army in the resistance area of Judi Hill.

 December 28 at 10:05 AM and 11:00 AM:

Fighters from the Free Women’s Units – Star targeted the Turkish occupation army twice in the Judi Hill resistance area with heavy weapons.

 December 28 at 12:15 PM:

Free Women’s Units executed an operation against Turkish occupation soldiers attempting to advance toward war tunnels in the Judi Hill resistance area, killing one soldier and injuring two others.

 In the Metina Area:

 December 26 at 1:40 PM:

Free Women’s Units targeted enemy soldiers in the Sari Metina resistance area using semi-automatic weapons.

 December 26 at 2:10 PM:

Free Women’s Units disrupted the movement of enemy attack helicopters in the Sari Metina resistance area, forcing the helicopter to retreat.

 Turkish Occupation Army’s Use of Prohibited Weapons:

 December 25, 26, and 28:

War tunnels in the resistance area of FM Hill in the Martyr Delil area, West Zap, were bombed four times with prohibited explosives.

 December 28:

War tunnels in the resistance area of Judi Hill in the Martyr Delil area, West Zap, were bombed four times with prohibited explosives.

 War tunnels in the resistance area of Amadiya Hill in the Martyr Delil area, West Zap, were bombed once by explosive-laden drones.

 December 26:

War tunnels in the resistance area of Shilaze in the Metina area were bombed eight times with prohibited explosives.

 Attacks of the Turkish Occupation Army:

 December 24 and 28:

Turkish warplanes bombed resistance areas in Barzan, Lolan, Qala, and Martyr Hawar Hill in the Hakurk area 10 times, and resistance areas of Judi Hill and Bahar Hill in the Martyr Delil area, West Zap, twice.

 Additionally, resistance areas in Sidar, Zankal Hill, Kavya Plain, Yekmal, and Kon Hill in the Garê area were targeted 14 times, resulting in a total of 26 airstrikes.

 December 25:

Turkish attack helicopters carried out eight strikes on the resistance area of Bahar Hill in the Martyr Delil area, West Zap.
