The 19 July 2012 Revolution marked a turning point in the history of North and East Syria, as the region moved from a period of protests and war to a self-administration led by its own people. It later faced a long series of military attacks launched by the Turkish army, ISIS mercenaries, and other armed groups. Despite these attacks, the Autonomous Administration continued building and expanding its institutions, becoming one of the most prominent political and administrative experiences in Syria over the past decade, while continuing to face significant challenges.

Women from the city of Girkê Legê affirmed that securing the physical freedom of leader Abdullah Ocalan is a fundamental step toward the success of the peace process and achieving a democratic solution to the Kurdish issue.

The spread of leishmaniasis in villages in the Masyaf countryside, coupled with the absence of any indication that the Kafr Aqid clinic will reopen, has left residents facing a worsening health crisis. Residents of Dêrik rejected attempts to alter and Arabize the names of Kurdish villages and towns, stressing that these names are an integral part of the region's historical and cultural identity, and that preserving them means preserving its heritage and collective memory.

Women in the city of Amuda expressed solidarity with the Women's Protection Units (YPJ), criticizing the Interim Government for marginalizing their role. They called for the YPJ to be recognized as a legitimate force in Syria and for its status to be guaranteed in the new constitution as a representative of women's will and their role in protecting society.

Residents of Hasakah will organize a protest against rising prices and to demand improved living conditions. The demonstration will take place at Al-Hamama Roundabout at 6:00 p.m. (Photos and video attached).
