The Governor of Hasaka, Nour Eddin Ahmed, held an expanded meeting with the heads and members of the naturalization committees and officials responsible for monitoring the implementation of Legislative Decree No. 13, to discuss mechanisms for expediting the processing of applications.

The meeting reviewed the steps taken, discussed the technical and administrative obstacles facing the work of the field committees, and explored ways to address them.

During the meeting, the governor emphasized the need for accuracy and transparency in reviewing applications. He stressed that Decree 13 represents a significant step towards strengthening social stability and granting rights to those entitled to them within the legal framework.

He also indicated that procedures must be simplified for citizens and the processing times for pending applications be reduced to ensure efficient and streamlined naturalization processes.
