The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights reported that unknown gunmen attacked the "Police Leadership" building in As-Suwayda early today.

The attack led to clashes between the two sides and caused material damage to several nearby shops, though no information about casualties was provided.

It is also noted that on the previous day, unknown gunmen shot at the vehicle of a leader from the Free Jabal Al-Arab Gathering, Suleiman Abdel-Baqi, in front of a hospital in As-Suwayda, injuring him and two others, which highlights the chaos, security instability, and the failure of the Damascus government forces to secure the area.
