Jazera Canton tribes announce support to "Enduring Security" operation in al-Hol

The Arab and Kurdish tribes in Jazera Canton announced, through a statement, their full support for the "Enduring Security" operation, affirming that they stand united with their military and security forces until the elimination of ISIS cells and the expulsion of Turkish occupation from occupied territories.

The sheikhs and leaders of the Arab and Kurdish tribes visited al-Hol Camp to observe the progress of the "Enduring Security" operation, launched by the Internal Security Forces, the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF), and the Women’s Protection Units in and around al-Hol Camp, since November 6.

The sheikhs and leaders made a statement to the public in the square of the town of al-Hol, read by Sheikh Mohammed Aboud Sultan, the Sheikh of the Khowatnah tribe.

The statement, presented on behalf of the Arab and Kurdish tribes in Jazera Canton, expressed deep gratitude to the SDF, YPJ, and Internal Security Forces for their achievements in eradicating ISIS cells in the rural areas of al-Hol and its camp.

The statement emphasized that launching the "Enduring Security" operation to pursue ISIS cells would contribute to enhancing the security and stability of the region. It said, "Our goal and the goal of our people is for the region to enjoy lasting security and stability."

The statement confirmed their support for the "Enduring Security" operation, stating, "We, as the sheikhs and leaders of the region's tribes, affirm our solidarity with our children in the SDF, and we will stand by them in facing all challenges that the region encounters until the elimination of ISIS cells and the expulsion of the Turkish occupier."

The Arab and Kurdish tribes, at the end of their statement, pledged to stand united with the military and security forces until freedom is achieved, the democratic nation is built, and a dignified life is ensured for the people of the region.
