Foreign relations member at Makhmur Camp dies

Saeed Jumlek, a member of the Foreign Relations Committee at the Martyr Rustem Judi Refugee Camp in Makhmur, died inside his car in the Lower Makhmur area, with preliminary forensic findings indicated that he died of a heart attack, while investigations are ongoing to determine the circumstances of his death.

Bewar Onver, a member of the Foreign Relations Committee at Makhmur Camp, told Roj News Agency that Mr. Saeed had gone to Lower Makhmur to get fuel. After completing the task, he was on his way home but later headed to the Lower Makhmur Park area.

Onver added that Saeed’s car was found parked in the area, with his body inside. There were no signs of assault or injuries on his body, nor were there any indications that he had been attacked or harmed by other people.

He explained that, in order to determine the circumstances of the death, the body was transferred to the forensic medicine department in Mosul, where the examination results were issued on Thursday evening.

According to the preliminary forensic report, Saeed Jumlek died of a heart attack.

Onver noted that the deceased had previously suffered from several health problems, including heart disease and high blood pressure. One of his kidneys had also previously been removed due to illness, and he had undergone several surgical procedures.

He confirmed that the preliminary forensic findings indicate a natural death resulting from a heart attack. However, investigations are still ongoing, and no evidence has so far been found indicating that he was assaulted or harmed by others.
