Families of martyrs Cîhan and Nazim request to transfer their bodies to hometowns

The families of journalists Cîhan Bîlgîn and Nazim Dashtan have requested the Human Rights Organization and the Human Rights Association for Freedom in the city of Mardin, N. Kurdistan, to transfer their bodies to their hometowns.

Our comrades, ANHA agency’s correspondent Cîhan Bîlgîn and journalist Nazim Dashtan, were martyred in an attack carried out by the Turkish occupation army and its mercenaries using a drone while they were performing their journalistic duties at the Tishrin Dam south of Kobani, on December 29.

Comrades Cîhan and Nazim hail from North Kurdistan, and to transfer their bodies to their hometowns, their families have requested the Human Rights Organization and the Human Rights Association for Freedom in the city of Mardin, N. Kurdistan, to facilitate the transfer.

According to information obtained by the Mezopotamya Agency, the two organizations have visited the concerned authorities regarding this matter.
