The Democratic Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria is preparing to participate in efforts to extinguish the fires raging for days along the Syrian coast, by sending firefighting teams, equipment, and logistical support
The Democratic Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria is preparing to send support and assistance to the Syrian coastal areas, as part of its efforts to extinguish the fires that have been raging for days in forests and mountainous areas.
This support includes sending firefighting teams and vehicles, specialized equipment, water tankers, and technical equipment to limit the spread of fires, a move that expresses human solidarity in the face of this environmental disaster.
According to information obtained by ANHA agency, this support is scheduled to begin today toward the affected areas.
Intense efforts have been ongoing for about a week to control the fires, which broke out in rugged forested areas and quickly spread due to strong winds and difficult terrain. As they enter their sixth day, the fires remain out of control in several locations, amid widespread mobilization of field teams from various Syrian governorates
