Members of Cultural Center in the city of Raqqa denounced the isolation imposed on Leader Abdullah Ocalan, and demanded more work and struggle to achieve physical freedom for Leader Ocalan and spread his ideology based on the principles of the democratic nation and the brotherhood of peoples.

Members of the Cultural Center in the city of Raqqa gathered in front of the city's central park, to make a statement demanding the freedom of leader Abdullah Ocalan.

The statement, which was read by the co-chair of the Culture and Antiquities Committee in the city of Raqqa, Hassan Mustafa, drew attention to the importance of the ideas of leader Abdullah Ocalan, who was detained in Imrali, and considered his freedom a first step in the process of resolving the conflicts of the Middle East region and bringing peace.

The statement rejected the Turkish authorities’ violations against Leader Ocalan, "Today, as we stand in the city of Raqqa to announce to the world our strong rejection of the continuation of the crime of our time represented by imposing forced isolation on Leader Ocalan, holding international powers responsible for preserving his life and the repercussions of isolation."

The statement called for more work, more struggle, and more determination to achieve his physical freedom.
