In this context, Rahma Al-Ali, the  member of the Presidential Body of the Executive Council of Deir ez-Zor Canton, stated:

"Today, we celebrate our global day with will and determination, drawing inspiration from the ideology of leader Abdullah Ocalan, who illuminated the path of freedom and equality for us through the democratic civilization approach."

She added:"Our feelings today are beyond description. We have been able to organize ourselves according to this liberating ideology, breaking the chains that have restricted women's potential for decades. This celebration represents our resistance and freedom—something unimaginable after long years of repression and tyranny."

For her part, Abeer Al-Hamad, the member of the Zenobia Women’s Gathering Committee, expressed her happiness on this occasion and pride in women's achievements in various fields since joining the revolution. She said: "Women in Deir ez-Zor have endured long suffering, and the gains we have achieved did not come easily. They are the result of our patience, strength, and determination. We will never forget the sacrifices of the martyrs who gave their lives so we could live with dignity and freedom, and we pledge to follow in their footsteps."

Similarly, Ikram Al-Ali, the member of the Zenobia Women's Gathering in Deir ez-Zor Canton, congratulated the women of the region on International Women's Day.
