The Damascus government forces shelled several villages and towns with heavy artillery in the countryside of Hama, Idlib, and Aleppo.

The areas around the village of Al-Ankawi in the Al-Ghab Plain in western Hama, as well as the vicinity of the towns of Afs and Taftanaz in eastern Idlib, and the villages of Tadil and Kafr Ta’al in western Aleppo, were targeted by heavy artillery shelling by the Damascus government forces. This occurred in conjunction with Russian reconnaissance aircraft flying in the area, with no reports of human casualties, according to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights.

Yesterday, Damascus government forces also targeted positions in the town of Al-Fatira in southern Idlib with six suicide drones. They further shelled the village of Al-Ankawi, a civilian vehicle on the Deqmaq-Zaqqum road in western Hama, as well as the vicinity of the village of Kafr Amma and the outskirts of Darat Izza city in western Aleppo, along with the vicinity of the village of Afs in eastern Idlib.
