As part of the second humanitarian convoy that launched from the regions of North and East Syria, the teams of the Mesopotamia Relief and Development Association, in coordination with the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor, continue to distribute food baskets to citizens in the villages of the city of Latakia.

The association aims, through this initiative, to enhance food security, achieve a form of social stability, meet the basic needs of affected families who do not have stable sources of income, and promote values of solidarity and community support.

It also seeks to reach the most affected groups through precise mechanisms to identify beneficiaries in coordination with the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor and local councils.
