Dozens of residents of the city of As-Suwayda continue to gather in Karama Square in the center of the city, confirming their demands for which they have been demanding for more than four months.

The protesters participating in the protests today carried banners that read: “The price of freedom and dignity is heavy, but the price of humiliation is even greater,” “Freedom of expression is a human right,” “We have not dreamed of more than a life like life,” “There are those who struggle for freedom and there are those who struggle "For the improvement of slavery."

Yesterday, Monday, protesters in the town of al-Ghariya in the southern countryside of As-Suwayda closed the headquarters of the Baath Party division to turn it into a service and social headquarters, according to a local website.

Residents go out in protests daily, demanding “the overthrow of the regime,” “the implementation of UN Resolution 2,254,” and the release of detainees.
