AANES General Council approves the Social Contract Charter

The General Council of the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria approved the Social Contract Charter presented by the expanded contract drafting committee during its 91st session.

the General Council of the AANES held its regular session No. 91, during which it approved the Social Contract Charter, which was presented by the expanded contract drafting committee a few days ago.

The presidential body of the General Council of the Autonomous Administration and representatives of the legislative councils from the seven regions participated in the session, which was held in the meeting room in the Autonomous Administration building in Raqqa.

The session began with a minute of silence in honor of the souls of the martyrs, then the Deputy co-chairmanship of the General Council of the Autonomous Administration, Yasser Al-Sulaiman, read the provisions and articles of the Social Contract Charter, which included 134 articles, in order to vote on them or amend them in the event of any change or proposal by the participants.

After completing reading the articles, the General Council approved all articles of the Social Contract Charter, so that it will become effective from the date of its issuance.
