Armored vehicle destroyed, 3 drones downed of Turkish occupation by Gêrîla

The HPG's media center released a statement today detailing the operations conducted by the guerrilla forces and the attacks by the Turkish occupation army. The statement read:

“Operations by the Martyr Axin Muş Unit:

- On August 26, at 12:47, the Martyr Axin Muş unit conducted an aerial operation against Turkish occupiers in the resistance area of Amadiya Hill, west of Zap, in the Martyr Delîl region, destroying a Toyota military vehicle and injuring a Turkish soldier.

In the Martyr Delîl area, west of Zap:

- On August 24, at 06:50, Free Women's Units (YJA Star) fighters intervened in the movements of the Turkish occupation army as they attempted to approach war tunnels in the resistance area of Judi Hill with semi-automatic weapons. At 09:15, the fighters intercepted explosives belonging to the Turkish occupation forces.

- On August 25, at 05:45, YJA Star fighters downed a Turkish military drone in the resistance area of Judi Hill with individual weapons.

- On August 24, at 13:10, HPG forces targeted the Turkish occupation army in the resistance area of Amadiya Hill with heavy weapons, dealing a significant blow to an enemy position.

- At 16:20, YJA Star snipers carried out an operation in the resistance area of Amadiya Hill, injuring a Turkish soldier.

- On August 26, at 12:20, HPG forces targeted the Turkish occupation army in the resistance area of Amadiya Hill with heavy weapons.

- At 15:20, HPG forces struck a Turkish occupation site in the resistance area of Amadiya Hill with heavy weapons.

- At 13:15, HPG forces shot down an explosives-laden drone in the resistance area of Bahar Hill with individual weapons. Another explosives-laden drone intended to attack the war tunnels from the air was also neutralized, and its explosives were captured.

Turkish occupation army attacks with prohibited weapons:

- On August 24 and 26, the Turkish occupation army bombed war tunnels in the resistance area of FM Hill six times using prohibited weapons.

- On August 24, Turkish forces bombed war tunnels in the resistance area of Judi Hill three times with prohibited weapons.

Turkish occupation army attacks:

- On August 24, 25, and 26, Turkish warplanes bombed the Meskênî area in Khakurk once, the resistance area of Bahar Hill in the Martyr Delîl region west of Zap four times, Sînîn area in Qandil once, Kafiyê Plain, and Kon Hill in the Garê region three times, and the resistance area of Sîrê Metîna in Metîna once, for a total of 10 airstrikes.

- On August 25, resistance areas in Sîrê Metîna, Derkel, and Beşîl in Metîna were attacked by Turkish helicopters.
