Another drone crashes in Hasaka countryside

ANHA correspondent reported that a drone crashed in the village of Tell Maghas on the main road between Tell Tamer and Hasaka, within the framework of an attempt to target the Qasrak base. This is considered the fifth such attack on the area since the escalation linked to the US-Israeli-Iranian conflict began.

He added that explosions were heard from the coalition base in Qasrak before the drone crashed, suggesting that the international coalition engaged and destroyed the aircraft before it went down.

The correspondent had previously reported that US forces shot down two drones on Saturday night; one in the Tell Ahmar neighborhood of Tell Tamer center and the other in the village of Tell Masas, south of the city, without recording any casualties.

He confirmed that several drones directly fell on a grain collection center near the Qasrak base, causing significant damage to the wheat warehouse belonging to the Agriculture and Irrigation Authority of the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria. The drones also ignited fires in the wheat silos, resulting in substantial financial losses to the stored grain.

In response, the coalition forces countered the attacks via air defense systems and the intervention of warplanes, in an attempt to prevent any further damage, amid continued warplane hovering over Hasaka.
