The first coordination meeting was held today between the General Council of the Sheikh Maqsoud and Ashrafieh Neighborhoods and the Aleppo City Council, with the aim of organizing municipal work. The meeting concluded with an inspection tour to review the living and service conditions in the two neighborhoods.

Aleppo Deputy Governor Ali Hanoura, speaking to ANHA's agency, referred to today's meeting, saying it comes in the context of completing procedures with the Sheikh Maqsoud and Ashrafieh Neighborhood Councils, as part of organizing the two neighborhoods with the rest of Aleppo City.

During his remarks, the Deputy Governor revealed that they are preparing for a meeting between representatives of the Sheikh Maqsoud and Ashrafieh neighborhoods and Aleppo City Governor Azzam Gharib next week.

He pointed out that a delegation comprising representatives of the two neighborhoods and the Aleppo Governorate is scheduled to visit the occupied city of Afrin. This is the anticipated outcome, emphasizing that Aleppo is one and part of Syria.

Concluding his remarks, Aleppo Deputy Governor Ali Hanoura emphasized that the Kurdish people are an integral part of the Syrian people, pointing to the need to eliminate the "criminal Assad regime's" mentality, which is based on division among components.
