Al-Bakir tribe: Regime, its allies seek to create division between clans

The Bakir clan made a statement in which it rejected all attempts to spread chaos and strife in the region, and confirmed its support for the Syrian Democratic Forces. The statement was read by the notable of the Bakir clan, Izzo Al-Harbi.

 Al-Harbi confirmed: “We are the sheikhs and notables of the Bakir clan within the Al-Aqidat tribe. We stand with the Syrian Democratic Forces in confronting the groups of mercenaries affiliated with the Syrian regime and the Iranian militias that are trying to infiltrate our areas and destabilize its security and stability.”

The statement stressed: “ Our clans and tribes, through their leaders and notables, refute all allegations that claim the existence of a force under the name of clans in our regions.

The Bakir clan’s statement confirmed: “But our clans and regions realized from the beginning the malicious plans of the regime and its allies, as well as all the factions that turned into ISIS mercenaries, we adhere to Autonomous Administration and will defend it with all our strength, and we will not allow anyone to undermine it or undermine civil peace in our regions.”
