Ain Issa residents demand physical freedom of Leader, right to meet him

Amid the ongoing international campaign launched by the European Forum for Freedom and Peace under the slogan "I Want to Meet Abdullah Ocalan," popular voices are rising across various regions of Northeast Syria and around the world.

In this context, the popular expression of Ain Issa’s residents carries clear and explicit demands for the leader’s physical freedom and enabling him to meet those who have embraced his message and drawn hope and motivation from it.

Citizen Aisha Hamsourk stated: “Leader Abdullah Ocalan is credited with liberating women from the constraints that bound them in the past. Thanks to his thought and philosophy, women have been able to assume leading roles across all spheres political, military, and social. Therefore, we demand the leader’s freedom and the chance to meet him.”

Similarly, citizen Mohammed Muslim said: “Leader Abdullah Ocalan struggled for his people and oppressed peoples who suffered under the tyranny of dictatorial regimes, striving to achieve freedom and deliverance from injustice and persecution. He devoted his life to this cause.”

He further explained: “The people of Northeast Syria enjoy freedom thanks to the struggle of the leader, his comrades, and those who have adopted his ideology and philosophy. Therefore, we call for the urgent realization of his physical freedom and the right to meet him.”

Meanwhile, citizen Aziza Hassan remarked: “The leader is imprisoned physically, but his thought remains free. On behalf of every woman who has been freed from the chains of oppression and marginalization over the decades thanks to his ideas and philosophy, we today demand his physical liberation and the ability to meet those who believe in his message.”
