Activities of Fourth Syrian Forum in Raqqa Canton kicks off
The activities of the Fourth Syrian Forum were launched a short while ago under the slogan "Prospects and Challenges of the Syrian Solution", with the participation of a group of Syrian politicians.
The Democratic Union Party in Raqqa Canton organized the activities of the Fourth Syrian Forum, under the slogan "Prospects and Challenges of the Syrian Solution", at the Al-Ard al-Saaida Hall in Raqqa Canton.
The forum was attended by members of the Democratic Union Party, the Future Syria Party, the Conservative Party, political figures and intellectuals from inside Syria from Suwayda, Damascus, Salamiya, Homs and the Syrian coast, the deputy co-chair of the Executive Council of the DAANES, representatives of the Syrian Democratic Council and representatives of the Democratic Islam Conference.
The Syrian Forum includes 2 axes, the first axis deals with the current Syrian situation after the fall of the Baath regime and the values and foundations of the Third Syrian Republic, while the second axis deals with solving the Kurdish issue in Syria and the democratic nation, and the model of Autonomous-Administration to build a democratic Syria.
The forum began with a minute of silence in honor of the martyrs, and then the co-chair of the Democratic Union Party, Parween Youssef, welcomed the attendees, and recalled the martyrs of the Syrian revolution.
Parween Youssef thanked everyone who attended the forum, and said: "I especially greet the guests who came from other regions of Syria, who believe that Syria is not divided, and Syria for all Syrians without sectarian discrimination, and to believe that Syria must be pluralistic and democratic."
She also saluted all the military and security forces that are writing heroic epics in the Tishreen Dam now in the face of the attacks of the Turkish occupation state.
Parween Youssef explained that the Turkish occupation state would like to occupy more Syrian territory, and said: "We aspire to establish relations with neighboring countries, we do not have a problem with the Turkish people or the peoples of the region, but the Turkish government is taking another turn to legitimize its attacks."
