The representative of AANES in Austria handed over the file to 116 parties, including (the Presidential Office, the Speaker of Parliament, the Ministry of European and Foreign Affairs, international organizations in Austria and their offices, and humanitarian and relief organizations).

While the representative of AANES in Europe sent the file to (the Office of the Secretary-General of the United Nations, Mr. António Guterres, the Deputy Secretary-General of the United Nations for Humanitarian Affairs, Mr. Martin Griffiths, the Office of the United Nations Special Envoy for Syria, Mr. Geir Pedersen, 9 Western and European representations, and the United Nations Human Rights Council. , the United Nations International Commission of Inquiry, the Swiss Foreign Ministry, Amnesty International and Human Rights Watch).

Whereas the representative of AANES in the Benelux Union countries (Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg) sent the file to several parties in those countries (the European Union Foreign Ministry, representatives of the European Parliament from Belgium and the Netherlands, United Nations offices, Amnesty International offices, Human Rights Watch, and international organizations. Others in Brussels and Arab embassies and missions in Belgium.”
