According to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR), the death toll includes 27 civilians—five children, one woman and 20 men, one of whose remains dated back to earlier stages of the conflict—as well as two members of the Syrian transitional government's Ministry of Defense.

The Observatory said the victims were killed in separate incidents, including criminal crimes, tribal clashes, explosions caused by war remnants and security operations, reflecting the ongoing instability in several Syrian provinces.
