The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights reported the deaths of 9 individuals in various parts of Syria over the past 24 hours. In addition, a mass grave containing the remains of 20 people who had died years ago was uncovered.

In the countryside of Latakia, a former member of the regime forces was shot and killed by a member of the Syrian Transitional Government’s Ministry of Defense in the village of Al-Qumayrah near the city of Jableh.

In eastern Aleppo countryside, a former fighter in the Iran-backed "Al-Baqir Brigade" was killed by a group calling itself “The Unknown Freemen.”

In western Daraa countryside, a man died after being hit by a stray bullet while working on his farm during clashes near the town of Masyaken Jalin. Meanwhile, a murder occurred in the town of Deir Hafer in eastern Aleppo, where an individual was attacked and killed with a sharp object during a house burglary.

In the Damascus countryside, the body of a man with a gunshot wound to the head was found. He had been abducted by unidentified gunmen while on his way from Harasta suburb to his workplace. In eastern Deir ez-Zor countryside, an old tribal dispute led to the killing of a man in the town of Gharanij, after being shot by a member of the rival clan.

In Homs, local sources reported the discovery of three buried bodies in a makeshift grave in the Tal Al-Nasr area, north of the city. The victims were reportedly detained months ago by security forces affiliated with the Syrian Transitional Government.

Additionally, a mass grave was found in the town of Tisnin, west of Al-Rastan, containing the remains of 20 people, including women and children. It is believed they were killed in previous years during acts of violence and executions. The perpetrators remain unknown.

These incidents underscore the ongoing security chaos, amid the absence of accountability mechanisms and civilian protection, further complicating the humanitarian situation in Syria.
