The Democratic Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria, through the administration of the Al-Arisha camp, today conducted the 12th flight from the camp to the Deir ez-Zor countryside, in coordination and cooperation with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees.

The flight included 57 families, comprising 284 individuals, as part of the voluntary return program for families wishing to return to their areas of origin.

The camp administration confirmed that the operation was completed after completing the necessary procedures and ensuring the families' readiness to return. The operation proceeded smoothly, with specialized teams accompanying the returnees to ensure their safe arrival.

This comes as part of ongoing efforts to facilitate the return of displaced persons to their areas and relieve pressure on the Al-Areesha camp, which still houses hundreds of families displaced for years.
