The Damascus Authority-affiliated SANA news agency reported today that several people were killed and injured in an explosion in the countryside of Deir ez-Zor, in the east of the country.

The agency stated that three people were killed and 20 others were injured in an explosion in Deir ez-Zor's countryside.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights reported that an ammunition vehicle exploded near a fuel station, triggering a fuel tanker explosion at the Sukariyah Roundabout in Al-Bukamal, near the Syrian-Iraqi border.

In Latakia, three people were killed, and two others were injured after a landmine—left over from the war—detonated under their vehicle in the Jabal al-Kabina area in eastern rural Latakia.
