HPG unveils killing 6 occupiers in memory  Sarah, Rokan martyrs

On Monday, the Media Center of the People's Defense Forces (HPG) issued a statement to public opinion regarding Guerrilla operations against the Turkish occupation army in the Mediya Defense areas of Başûr Kurdistan.

The center said in its statement: “The two comrades Sara Tolhaldan Goyi, name (Dildar Orber) and Rokan Zulal (Farmuz Hussein), carried out a commando operation against the Turkish occupation army in the Mardin region, on the evening of September 26, 2022, and they spread great fear in the hearts of the enemies, and on the first anniversary of this... In the guerrilla operation, we remember our companions, Tolhaldane Goyi and Rukan Zalal, with all respect, love, gratitude and loyalty.

Both two women had sacrificed themselves who adopted APO ideology at high spirit level between the ranks Guerrilla fighters, and who represented this spirit at its highest levels, like the martyrs of the era like Zilan. They led our resistance and our people. Their names are on the pages of history, and as male and female fighters of the Kurdistan Liberation Movement, we pledge to them... Strengthening the resistance further in order to reach the great position, the guerrilla spirit, the tactics of strikes, the awareness of tactics, the majestic operations, the art and the true comradeship of our fellow female martyrs, pioneers like the female guerrillas Sarah and Rokan.”

The center announced the killing of 6 Turkish occupation soldiers and the wounding of two other soldiers in a series of specific operations carried out by the Guerrilla forces, in commemoration of the anniversary of the martyrdom of the female guerrillas Sarah and Rokan.
