The misinformation policies of the so-called Kurdish National Council (ENKS) with the support of the Kurdistan Democratic Party (PDK) and coordination with Turkish intelligence, aimed at legitimizing the Turkish occupation of occupied Afrin, are categorically rejected by its displaced.

As the three aforementioned parties promote the return to occupied Afrin and show it as a "safe" area by polishing the image of the occupation and its mercenaries, who have escalated their crimes against all those who have been misled.

The occupation and its mercenaries kidnap the people, impose royalties on them, and rob them of their property after forcing them to sign the property papers for their property and displacing them from Afrin again, in order to consolidate the policy of demographic change in it.

In the neighborhoods of Sheikh Maqsoud and Ashrafieh in the city of Aleppo, which are home to about 100,000 displaced people from Afrin, the General Council of the two neighborhoods took upon itself the task of exposing these policies through meetings with the residents that it has been holding since August 19.

ANHA's agency monitored the opinions of displaced women from Afrin who attended one of these meetings.

A trick to trap the people

IDP, Asmahan Bilal, described the legitimization of the so-called Kurdish National Council (ENKS) of the Turkish occupation of Afrin and the urging to return to it in light of the presence of the occupation and its mercenaries there as a "trick" and that it "does not satisfy the interest of the people."

And she warned against believing what (ENKS) is promoting, and attributed that to being “unreal,” and added: “Crimes are continuing in Afrin, from kidnapping, looting and stealing of property to rape, so where is safety? The return of violations at the hands of the Turkish occupier and its mercenaries, all of whom are responsible for the crimes that the people are subjected to."

She indicated the goals of (ENKS) and its supporter (PDK) to legitimize the Turkish occupation of Afrin, saying: "The goal is to empty the area after practicing an incapacitating policy against the people, and to bring about a demographic change in it by distancing Afrin from its true appearance and color."

Return will be after liberation

As for the displaced Amina Mahmoud Khalil, she commented on the matter, saying: "They deceive us with the existence of safety in Afrin, and we see and hear every day about a declared crime, except for the hidden crimes that do not appear to the eye, such as kidnapping, killing and looting."

She added, "No one dares to raise his head in his city and practice his daily life freely. One cannot leave his house, and with all this they invite us to return."

Amina stated that "Disrecent results await the returnees because of their belief in the play ENKS and PDK." And she went on to say: "They are practicing the worst types of violations against us, and we are only in pain, and we have no choice. Therefore, we must not be dragged behind their plans and refuse to return until we liberate it (Afrin) from the occupier, its mercenaries and their aides."

Amina preferred to return to her city after the occupation and its mercenaries were expelled from it, and she said: "We have a date soon to return to Afrin, with our dignity  because it is ours and will not be for others, and without fear of what we may be exposed to at the hands of the Turkish occupier's factions."
