HPG kills 2 Turkish occupation soldiers in Zap area

Media Center of People's Defense Forces issued a statement regarding the attacks of the Turkish occupation and the operations carried out by the Guerrilla, in which it stated:

"Our forces in the Resistance Square in Judy Hill are directing strong blows to the Turkish occupation army and carrying out effective operations. The operations resulted in the killing of two Turkish soldiers, the destruction of two surveillance camera systems, and the occupation soldiers were prevented from advancing and stationing in the square. This time, the Kurdistan Democratic Party (PDK) forces participated with the Turkish occupation army in carrying out an operation in the vicinity of Khakurk.

Detailed information about the operations of our forces and the attacks of the Turkish occupation army is as follows:

On July 22, at 05:20, our forces targeted and destroyed the surveillance camera system located in the Resistance Square in Judy Hill, and at the same time, strong strikes were directed against the positions of the occupation army in the Resistance Square in FM Hill.

On July 22, at 08:30, the Free Women's Mobile Units carried out a sniping operation against the occupation soldiers who tried to position themselves in the Resistance Square in Judy Hill, which resulted in the death of a Turkish soldier.

At 09:20, our forces dealt heavy blows to the occupation army in the Resistance Square in Judy Hill.

At 12:20, the Free Women's Mobile Units carried out a sniping operation against the occupation soldiers who tried to station themselves in Resistance Square in Judy Hill, killing a Turkish soldier, and at the same time, our forces targeted and destroyed a surveillance camera system.

At 14:40, our forces targeted the occupation soldiers, who tried to station themselves in the Resistance Square in Judy Hill, with heavy weapons.

Between 18:00 and 19:00, our forces targeted the occupation soldiers in the Resistance Square in Judy Hill with semi-automatic weapons, and stopped the enemy's movement.

On July 23, at 00:40, the Guerrilla mobile forces targeted Skorsky's helicopter, which was trying to land the soldiers in the resistance square in Judy Hill, and after the intervention of our forces, the helicopter was forced to leave the place without landing its forces.

Khakurk District;

On July 22, at 21:00, our forces targeted the occupation soldiers with heavy weapons and dealt strong blows to the occupiers who tried to take control of Lilikan Hill. After that, the Turkish occupation soldiers, in cooperation with the KDP forces began an operation in the vicinity of the hill.

The attacks of the Turkish occupation state;

On July 22, warplanes bombed the Martyr Dalil area, west of Zap, 12 times, and the resistance squares in Kolka and Hakkari hill in the Matina area twice.

On July 22 and 23, attack helicopters bombed 21 times the Resistance Square, Judy Hill, in the Shahid Dalil area, west of Zap.

The Martyr Dalil area, west of Zap, Matina and Khakurk, was also bombed dozens of times with artillery, tanks and heavy weapons.
