Mass protest slams leader's isolation,Turkish attacks

The people of Tal Tamr district and members of the civil and military institutions participated in the demonstration, where they raised pictures of the leader Abdullah Ocalan and pictures of the martyrs of the massacre committed by the Turkish occupation on Tuesday; the Martyrs are the co-chair of the Qamishlo Canton Council, Yousra Darwish, the co-chairman of the council, Lyman Shweish, and member of the council, Furat Touma on the road between the city of Qamishlo and the Tirbspî district.

The demonstration started in front of the Martyrs' Families Council center in the Tal Tamr district and roamed the main streets in the district. When it reached the end of Palestine Street, it turned into a protest stand.

Abdul Rahman Hussein the member of the General Council of the Democratic Union Party, spoke and noted: "This mass demonstration took place with the participation of all the components of the district, condemning the isolation imposed on the leader and the Turkish attacks on NE Syria.

The participation of these crowds is evidence of the solidarity of the people against the Turkish attacks."

Hussein explained that the Turkish occupation state intensified its attacks on NE Syria, the latest of which was the attack that targeted the co-president of the Qamishlo Canton Council, the co-presidency and  the member of the council.

Hussein indicated that all these crimes and massacres committed by the Turkish occupier against the people of NE Syria are taking place under the sight of the whole world.

The demonstration ended with chanting slogans saluting the martyrs and denouncing the Turkish attacks.
