The Media Center of the Syrian Democratic Forces stated that the special units of the Syrian Democratic Forces, in cooperation with the international coalition forces, carried out, on Monday, the first of May, a security operation aimed at arresting a member of ISIS mercenary cells, in the eastern countryside of Hasakah.

According to a statement by the Media Center of the Syrian Democratic Forces, the operation took place in the town of al-Hol, adjacent to al-Hol camp, east of the city of Hasakah, and the forces were able, with the support of air surveillance from the international coalition forces, to arrest a member of a cell of ISIS mercenaries, who was active in transporting weapons to al-Hol camp, and its delivery to the cells that activate and carry out killings and assassinations, in addition to its activity in smuggling members of the cells from the camp and transferring them to other areas.

and during the operation; The special units arrested another suspect who was working with the cell member, and the technical equipment they had in their possession was confiscated, after a search of the house in which they were staying.

In its statement, the Syrian Democratic Forces confirmed the continuation of strikes, with the support of the international coalition forces, against ISIS mercenaries in various regions of North and East Syria, to prevent it from threatening the lives of the safe population, and destabilizing efforts to establish stability and security in it.
