The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights reported that 5 members of the Damascus government forces were killed and 6 others were wounded, due to an attack carried out by the mercenaries of "Tahrir al-Sham", on the first positions in the axis of the village of al-Fatatra in the southern countryside of Idlib, yesterday.

This morning, the Damascus government forces bombed with heavy artillery, the vicinity of the villages of Al-Ankawi, Al-Qahira, Al-Sarmaniyya, and Al-Qarqur in the western countryside of Hama.

On the other hand, the mercenaries of the Turkish occupation targeted with heavy artillery the positions and gatherings of the Damascus government forces on the al-Fatatra axis in the southern countryside of Idlib, within the "de-escalation" zone, amid reports of casualties.

The "de-escalation" zone witnesses sniping, infiltration and exchange of targets between the Damascus government forces and the Turkish occupation mercenaries from time to time.

According to the Observatory's documentation, the death toll of members of the Damascus government forces, citizens and mercenaries of the Turkish occupation has reached 110 people since the beginning of 2023, who were killed by ground targeting within the "de-escalation" zone.
