A private source from Rajo district reported that the mercenaries of "Muhammad al-Fateh" led by mercenaries (Dogan Suleiman and Bashar al-Barazi) imposed sums of money on the owners of agricultural tractors and cars belonging to the people of the village of Maamlo of Rajo district in occupied Afrin, amounting to 400 Turkish liras per month.

These mercenaries also carry out large-scale security campaigns in the village of Maamlo, from time to time, with the aim of kidnapping young men under false pretexts.

In order to obtain a financial ransom, ranging between 1,000 and 1,500 US dollars, depending on the charge and the financial situation of the kidnapper.

The mercenaries rent agricultural lands and olive fields belonging to the displaced villagers from their homes, to shepherd settlers in those fields, in addition to cutting down hundreds of olive trees and fruit trees in that area.
