The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights reported that Ankara's mercenaries prevented 1,000 people, including men, women and children, from passing to the Autonomous Administration areas in NE Syria.

The observatory indicated that the smugglers took advantage of the ban and demanded huge amounts of money to smuggle each person, ranging from 200 to 1000 US dollars.

It is noteworthy that the Autonomous Administration announced pulling out  of the aid that it had prepared to be sent to the affected areas in northwestern Syria, after more than 7 days of Turkey and its mercenaries' refusal.
