The Turkish occupation army continues to launch attacks on northern and eastern Syria, targeting infrastructure in the region.

The occupation and its mercenaries launch heavy bombardment with various types of heavy weapons and missiles on villages in the countryside of Girê Spî canton, in attacks that have not stopped since the occupation of Girê Spî.

According to the information provided by our agency, the communication tower in the village of Saluk, in the southwestern countryside of the occupied canton, was directly targeted by the occupation, which resulted in it being out of service and the internet and communications network being cut off from a wide rural area that feeds from the tower.

This is not the first time that the Turkish occupation and its mercenaries have targeted communication towers in northern and eastern Syria. In Zarkan district in Al-Hasakah canton, the communication tower in the center of the district was also directly targeted by the occupation.
