Al-Hol camp management: We face real disaster in event of losing control of camp

 On the 23rd of November, the Turkish occupation planes bombed a site for the protection forces of al-Hol camp, which resulted in the escape of a number of ISIS mercenary families from the camp, after which the Internal Security Forces combed the camp's perimeter to arrest them.

 In this context, the administrator of al-Hol camp, Jihan Hanan, said: "The attacks of the Turkish occupation also affected the camp, after the relative calm that the camp witnessed after the "humanity and security" campaign launched by the Internal Security Forces with the support of the Syrian Democratic Forces on August 25, when the camp witnessed  as a result of the attacks, a move by ISIS mercenaries, in addition to cases of violence and chaos."

 Jihan indicated that the Turkish attacks on camp led to the activity of ISIS mercenaries inside the camp, which led to chaos, and she continued, saying: "We face a humanitarian catastrophe, but the situation was controlled by the Internal Security Forces."

 And Jihan noted that the Turkish occupation state targeted the protection forces of Al-Hol camp, and about its results, Jihan said, "33 organizations and associations operating in Al-Hol camp suspended their work after targeting the points of the Internal Security Forces by the Turkish occupier's planes."

 "Only the Kurdish Red Crescent and the International Red Cross continued their work in the camp," she added.

 Jihan went on to say, "We are talking about more than 53,000 displaced persons and refugees, in addition to the families of ISIS mercenaries. If the Turkish attacks on Al-Hol camp continue, the Internal Security Forces will lose control of the camp, thus we will return to square one, reviving  ISIS mercenaries again.

 And Jihan added, "the camp is officially under the auspices of the United Nations. All those inside the camp, such as the United Nations, and the active forces within it, we have not seen any statement of condemnation from them regarding the Turkish attacks on the camp."

 The administrator in al-Hol camp, confirmed, "If the families of ISIS mercenaries flee al-Hol camp, the danger will not only be to northern and eastern Syria, but also to the whole world, due to its extremist ideology."
