​​​​​​​ Family of martyr Serdem Akri calls for opening lawsuit against Turkish occupation state

 The family of the martyr Serdem Akri, the fighter in the People's Defense Forces (HPG) who was martyred in the chemical attacks of the Turkish occupation state, called on lawyers and human rights organizations to open a lawsuit against the occupying Turkish state in international legal institutions.

 On October 18, the leadership of the People's Defense Center (NPG) revealed the record of 17 male and female fighters from the Guerilla Forces; who were martyred in the attacks launched by the Turkish occupation state with chemical weapons, among them was the martyr Serdem Akri.

 The father of the martyr, Muhammad Abdi, called on lawyers, jurists and human rights institutions to help them open a lawsuit against the Turkish occupation state to hold it accountable for its crimes.

 During a meeting with our agency, Abdi, said that "my son was martyred due to the chemical weapons of the Turkish state in the mountains of Kurdistan; they burned the body of my son and his companions with these weapons."
