Syrians waits it.. What hinders peace in Syria

 It has been 11 and a half years since Syria entered the dark tunnel at the end of which there is no glimmer of light that can become a hope for the Syrians to overcome this difficult ordeal they are going through, except for the Autonomous Administration in North and East Syria.

 On the International Day of Peace, there is no doubt that the Syrians hope that these critical situations will end, and that peace will be established without going back from the desired peace!

 Seize the will of the Syrians!

 In the past decade, radical changes swept the Middle East region that toppled governments and presidents. The population had legitimate demands, but the winds of this storm were not far from external interventions that directed the rudder to wherever its interests required.

 The matter was not different in Syria. On March 15, 2011, the Syrians came out with just demands, but it did not take long for foreign hands to infiltrate them and the course of events was diverted to suit the interests of these parties.

Countries such as Turkey, Iran, Russia, the United States of America and other countries have taken control of matters in Syria and talked about the Syrians in international forums, as if they had become guardians of Syria and its people. They are now measuring solutions according to their interests, so that the war continues as if the Syrians are the ones who are burning fuel for it.

 For them, it still is an opportunity to destroy Syria and its people. It was never a process of searching for solutions or any form of support for the Syrian people. The slogans uttered from the pulpits were not applied on the ground, and what was agreed upon in secret was valid.

 And because these people only care about their interests, it did not matter whether the crisis would last for a year or another decade, so the desired peace that the Syrians are waiting for and its realization was impossible.

 Reality rejected!

 In parallel with the hands that were messing with Syria from the outside, the situation was not good inside. The popular movement in Syria revealed just demands that had been obliterated for more than 40 years. It was necessary to accept them, consider them, and dialogue with those who demanded them, but that did not happen.

 In fact, it seems that the external hands have always been the reason behind this as well. The demands who took to the streets are subject to external control, and those who hold the reins of power at home are also subject to the outside, until the issue has become a conflict over Syria between these external parties, and negotiations are taking place among them, but the war takes place by proxy using Syrians on the ground.

The refusal to respond by those in power with the facts that have developed on the ground was the second main reason that led to the aggravation of the situation. Peace cannot be brought about by repression.

 Although these internal Syrian parties see this, they do not take steps to end this situation, so the denial, ignoring and striving to restore things to their previous era continue in complete disregard of the new reality that has become present on the Syrian geography.

 A pre-awareness in northern and eastern Syria of the seriousness of the situation

 In the north and east of Syria, the Autonomous Administration realized from the first day the threads of this game, so it adopted a policy titled “The interest of the Syrians is above everything,” and the national approach was the principle in any step or policy taken on Syrian soil.

 But as was expected, the administration was fought because it was not in accordance with the interests of the external parties, and the Syrians did not respond to it enough to get out of the suffering. Despite that, the Autonomous Administration’s attempts are still continuing to bring the Syrians together at one table and negotiate to find solutions, bring their views closer, and come up with solutions that satisfy  Everyone, be the way to absent peace.
