From Al-Hol camp, Kongra Star calls on extradition mercenaries to their countries

Kongra Star in Al-Hol camp of Al-Hasaka canton made a statement read by the administrator at Kongra Star in Zarghan district, Dalal Mahmoud, "On August 25, the Internal Security Forces, with the support of the Syrian Democratic Forces announced the launch of the second phase of the Humanity and security campaign in Al-Hol camp to pursue ISIS mercenary cells.”

The statement added, " the campaign achieved great success, thanks to the great sacrifices made by our forces, which was able to thwart the plans of ISIS mercenaries, and their supporters, especially the Turkish occupation state, which is trying to revive ISIS mercenaries again.

In its statement, Kongra Star affirmed, "Turkey has not stopped supporting ISIS in Syria and Iraq, by providing all facilities from the occupied areas."

The statement stressed, "The Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria and its forces are committed to human rights agreements and charters, especially those that regulate the mechanism for dealing with environments in which ISIS mercenary cells hide among women and children to carry out their terrorist acts."

Kongra Star called on international courts, and the international community to "return all residents of Al-Hol camp to their countries of origin, establish an international criminal court, and hold accountable those involved in the bloodshed of the Syrian people, based on Chapter VII of the Charter of the United Nations."
