Gerîla TV publishes footage of Turkish equipment seized by the Guerrilla

Gerîla TV released scenes of the Turkish equipment were seized by the Guerilla forces during an operation that resulted in the killing of 11 soldiers.

In a statement on May 31, the Press Centre of the People's Defence Forces (HPG) said the following regarding the details: "Eleven members of the invading forces were killed and two wounded in the action. Our forces searched the bodies of nine soldiers. Among others, Sergeant Major Yunus Eylik, Staff Sergeant Ali Taşkın (Siirt Command Brigade), Staff Sergeant Mevlüt Çetin and Staff Sergeant Ahmet Akpınar were killed.

Among the killed occupants, one MPT-55 assault rifle and two magazines, one chain for one BKC machine gun and 470 rounds, two packs of pistol bullets, one pistol magazine, one B-7 rocket, ten metres of detonating cord, one detonator, one remote detonator, three military bags, one thermal imaging camera, one night-vision device, one pair of binoculars, four grenade launcher rounds, one bayonet, one mobile phone, one head-mounted camera, one compass, one portable solar panel and large quantities of supplies and medical items seized.”
