After decades of dividing the region and its peoples and the state of the nationalist and Islamic regimes that were imposed on the region, in addition to the failure of this crisis in managing peoples, countries or the nation-state and with the escalation of the phenomenon of poverty and unemployment, as well as marginalization, unilateralism and exclusion by these regimes, where the resources of the region and its peoples were stolen and plundered and the application of cases genocide, ethnic cleansing and demographic change to create homogeneous, stereotypical statist nations far from the culture and values of the region and humanity that are characterized by national, religious and sectarian diversity and diversity across these countries and national systems that embody the focus of fascist authoritarianism.

The peoples and societies of the region and the majority of its sectors have moved against these regimes in a large way, especially in some Arab countries. However, in most of these movements, they lacked organization or conscious leaders with experience of struggle capable of carrying people's concerns and goals. Indeed, spontaneity and youthfulness were the dominant feature. In addition to the movement of the forces of political Islam, especially the Brotherhood currents, and with it the regional state, which saw an opportunity to achieve and restore its glories with the state of weakness that afflicted the region, such as Turkey, Iran and Israel, in addition to larger movements of the world powers that may have had the upper hand in directing Some regional states and their local tools to control the course and context of revolutions, mass movements and uprisings in order to serve their interests and agenda and the continuity of their dominance over the region and the looting of its resources and material and moral values.

And after about 11 years of revolutions and uprisings, which some called the Arab Spring and others the spring of the peoples, and some the crisis and sometimes it was called the fall after some of the movements and their results after regional and global interventions left civil wars and negative effects on the region, its states and even its societies and peoples.

But in the midst of this complex and perhaps miserable scene and a state of despair, there is a different revolution in northern Syria (Rojava) that also started with the revolutions and movements of the region and the uprisings of its people, youth and women, on July 19, and it embodies a historical turning state, and is different from the revolutions of the world and the revolutions of spring Arabic for many things, including:

Mindset and Behavior: The Northern Syria Revolution (the July 19th Revolution) embodies a participatory democratic mentality that believes in pluralism, diversity and difference in the total democratic unity and expresses the free national will of societies and peoples, and is not a state of dependence, complicity for anyone. It considers that the meaning and concept of the revolution is that the obstacles and difficulties facing the democratic tissues of society are removed for work, creativity, securing needs, and practicing free and democratic politics, unlike the revolutions of the Arab Spring and its forces whose behavior expresses a unilateral mentality and approach towards the other, and it tries to impose one color by force, killing and intimidation with an inevitable link follow up with outside powers, not a case of sovereign peer relations.

Organization and leadership: It organizes itself and the society into democratic communes, councils, associations and unions, and thus the society and its political and moral tissues practice democratic politics and self-defense. The leadership emanating from the community and the leadership of women and youth organize, arrange and lead all efforts of struggle, construction and change, not like the state of the forces in the Arab Spring in the absence of any new organization or awareness, but rather focusing only on antagonistic military factions. Everyone conspires and kills to gain gains and leadership.

Goal and Objective: The Northern Syria revolution is working to achieve the national democratic transformation and the application of democracy in the existing countries, and thus its goal is to democratize society and all work arenas, and on top of them is political and economic activity, not to reach power and replace people or build a new nation state or monopolize sectors and economic resources as it did Arab Spring revolutions.

Tools and Means: Northern Syria revolution uses noble tools and means to reach its noble goals. Bad methods inevitably lead to bad results, and therefore they are characterized by policy, defense, revolutionary and societal behavior, and efforts to change and build with an ethical character.

Or with consideration in northern Syria, and it is based on the concept of self-defense to protect and achieve democracy through Democratic Autonomous Administrations DAA of all different formations and peculiarities within the existing borders within a framework of democratic unity and true integration.

It represents a case of synthesis and a combination of originality and innovation between relying on the subjective culture and history of the region and its peoples on the one hand, and between science, ideas and contemporary scientific approaches that represent human effort and the summary of his ideas, hard work and work, not dumping and burial in the past such as reactionary currents or a break from history and societal values of the region as understood by them between The modernist, liberal and nationalist currents that deny the past and the common values and culture of the peoples of the region in the various stages of their lives.

The revolution of north and east Syria aims to change all the intellectual, political, social, cultural, economic and legal structures of the repressive and dictatorial regimes, and not just changing a person or a government with the survival of the same regimes, mentality, mentality, behavior and their previous apparatus, as did some of the Arab Spring revolutions in some countries of the region with its arrival to power in some Arab countries.

It is important to point out the political, social and philosophical ground on which the revolution in northern Syria was based, and here we must mention the leader and thinker Abdullah Ocalan, who had the first credit since his arrival to Syria and Lebanon in 1979 until his exit. Other peoples coexist and share with the Kurdish people. He has prepared and trained the Kurdish personality and society, in all its dimensions. Just as the thinker and leader, after the international conspiracy against him and his imprisonment for more than 23 years, he presented a summary of his ideas and experience in his pleadings and books.

Accordingly, the revolution in northern Syria represents a major turning point in the history of the Kurdish and Arab people and the peoples of the region in general. For the democratic and societal solution to the crises and national issues in the region. The state of solidarity, cooperation, brotherhood, and the democratic relationship between all its societal formations is capable of facing all economic, political and security challenges.
