Tal Tamr institutions: We have emergency plans to confront the attacks

 On the 6th of this month, the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria declared a state of emergency in all regions, to confront the attacks of the Turkish occupation and its mercenaries in light of their continuing to threaten safe areas and prepare for their occupation.

 According to the current stage and its sensitivity, civil and security institutions and political parties in north and east Syria are working to put all their capabilities at the service of the people by declaring them to join the declared state of emergency, to confront any possible aggression against the region and its peoples.

 Our agency met the administrators of civil and service institutions and political parties in the Tel Tamer district, who shed light on the sensitivity of the stage and what they must do to confront the threats of the occupation, which aims to occupy new areas in north and east Syria.

 We work according to phase sensitivity.

 The co-chair of the Tel Tamer district council, Samar Khalil, confirmed at the beginning of her speech: "Tal Tamr district has been witnessing for a long time continuous attacks by the Turkish occupation and its mercenaries, and during the past years it witnessed attacks by ISIS mercenaries with the support of the Turkish occupation, and during these attacks the residents of the area did not abandon  about their city and their land, and they clung to it in all circumstances.”

She added, "In the current stage of what is witnessed in northern and eastern Syria, and the Autonomous Administration's declaration of a state of emergency, we, the Tel Tamer sub-district council, did our part to join the state of emergency, and formed different committees specialized in various work to confront any possible attacks within the framework of the People's Revolutionary War."

 She stressed, "We, the peoples of the region and members of civil institutions, see ourselves today as the forces of the protection of society, and we see that this war is a war of existence and the new stage will be the opposite of what we witnessed in the past, so we have prepared for emergency situations, and according to the stage," stressing, "We will be among our people and support our military forces."

 "Occupation threats require the development of future plans"

 For his part, the director of the Martyr Lêkirin Hospital in Tel Tamer district, Louay Bakr, said: "We, the hospital staff, see that the state of emergency declared by the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria is not new due to the crimes committed by the Turkish occupation against the indigenous people of the region and those living in the villages of the frontlines.”

 At the conclusion of his speech, he said: "With the Autonomous Administration's declaration of a state of emergency, we developed future plans and took all necessary measures to work according to the current stage and its sensitivity."

 “Everyone must announce the general alarm and work according to the sensitivity of the stage.”

In this context, the administrator of the Democratic Union Party (PYD), Radwan Khalaf, said: "The state of emergency is a correct decision, as the threats of the Turkish occupation against the region are serious."

 He added, "The occupying power moved at the NATO level to include Sweden and Finland to NATO under several conditions, including attacking northern and eastern Syria, to occupy more Syrian lands."

 Addressing the peoples of the region, "we must declare a general mobilization in accordance with the principle of the people's revolutionary war, and everyone must stand united and in one trench with their military forces, because the Turkish occupation is trying to restore the "Ottoman" and implement the "Mille Charter"".

 At the end of his speech, he stressed, "It is also the responsibility of all political parties in northern and eastern Syria to declare a general mobilization, establish alliances, prepare and organize the people, and join the state of emergency to confront the attacks of the Turkish occupation state on northern and eastern Syria."
