The Internal Security Forces, in the most dangerous camp in the world, "Al-Hol Camp", found the body of a man who was shot dead, bringing the number of killings this year to 26 people, between women and men, and the fourth crime within a week.

On Tuesday, ANHA’s correspondent from al-Hol district of al-Hasakah canton, north and east of Syria, reported that the Internal Security Forces found the body of a man who was shot dead, in the sixth sector designated for Syrian residents.

According to the security authorities in the camp, the identity of the man is still unknown, and he is likely to be a Syrian, given the sector where the body was found.

With today's crime, the number of murders in the camp since the beginning of this year has risen to 26, between women and men, and the fourth crime is within a week, and the third is within the same sector.

Last Saturday (June 25) the camp witnessed the beheading of a Syrian woman from the Syrian governorate of Homs in the sixth sector, and the same sector witnessed the injury of a Syrian woman with gunshot wounds to the head, last Thursday (23 June).

Last Wednesday (June 22) the Internal Security Forces found the body of a murdered woman, in the football field in the third sector designated for Iraqis.

While the death toll in the camp, due to similar incidents with motives of murder, reached 14, among women and men.

Al-Hol Camp is considered one of the most dangerous camps in the world, because it contains the families of the most extremist ISIS mercenaries, "Syrians, Iraqis, foreigners", especially those who arrived in the camp in February 2019 who left and surrendered to the Syrian Democratic Forces during the al-Jazira Tempest campaign on the other. The strongholds of ISIS mercenaries are in the town of al-Baghouz.

Al-Hol camp, which consists of 9 sectors, according to the records of the camp administration until the date of preparing this report, includes 56 thousand and 97 people, including 29 thousand and 152 persons, who hold Iraqi citizenship; among young people, men, women and children within 7,791 families, the number of Syrians reaches 18,863 people, including youth, men, women and children, among 4,998 families.

While the number of women and children of ISIS foreign mercenaries reaches 8,109 people, among 2,416 families, of 54 foreign nationalities, who live in an isolated sector, the ninth sector known as the "migrant sector.”
