Manbij people: we are one hand against any aggression

After the occupation of many areas in Northern Syria and making them hotbeds for terrorism recently the Turkish occupation state renewed threats to carry out more attacks against NES with the aim to occupy more lands.

In this relation, Ibrahim Ra'fat from the city of Manbij said: the Turkish threats are a pretext to carry out its Neo- Ottomanism and to destabilise the peace and security of the region and notably in the city of Manbij''.

He added : '' the city of Manbij lives in peace for five years and it is considered a model for peace and fraternity after the ISIS mercenary groups were defeated in the region. If we wanted to compare areas under the Turkish occupation state and our areas we live in peace and security on the contrary, the 'safe zone' is an occupation, what happens in Afrin Sere Kaniye and others is murder, extortion. These are safe haven for gangs proper. 

Ibrahim Hesen said '' Erdogan alleges that he would fight the terrorists. What he talks about? We have not breached his borders rather on the contrary he shells and destroys and displaces people'.

IDP from the village of Tal Ahmar in rural Deir Hafer living in the city of Manbij Hisein Ali 'Ibeid expressed his rejection to the threats made by the Turkish occupation state against the region''  we reject the Turkish occupation and the threats against the region. We do not want a new displacement. We live in peace and stability''.

In turn, citizen Nur Elias from the city of Manbij said '' as there is a crisis inside Turkey it resorts to threaten the people of the North and East Syria to occupy more lands. We are a coherent people and one hand against any aggression on our lands''.
