HPG: 25 Turkish occupation soldiers killed

Peoples' Defense Forces, the HPG, announced that 25 soldiers of the Turkish occupation forces were killed on the anniversary of the martyrdom of Sema Yoca.

In a statement released by the Media Office of the Peoples' Defense Forces, the HPG, it was revealed that 25 soldiers of the Turkish occupation forces were killed in a series of operation carried out by the guerrilla fighters in Avashin, Zap, Khakurke and Metina in the Medya Defense Zones in Southern Kurdistan. The operations cover the period from 14 to 17 June.

The statement added that one high profile officer was killed and another one was injured.

The statement noted that operations were carried out marking the annual anniversary of the martyrdom of fighters Sema Yoca.
