​​​​​​​ "He is a Kurd, but enemy of Kurds"

 On Thursday (May 5) a "Dignity March against Occupation and Betrayal" was organized in Qamishlo city to denounce the alliance of the Kurdistan Democratic Party with the occupying Turkish state (PDK) in its attacks against Guerilla.  Tens of thousands of people from Hasaka and Qamishlo cantons participated in the march, expressing their support for the Guerilla resistance.

 The participants in the march expressed their indignation and anger at the betrayal of the Kurdistan Democratic Party and its alliance with the Turkish occupation.

 People of conscience must stand up to the Turkish occupation

 Atiya Yusef, a participant, said that the honorable Kurds should stand against the attacks of the Turkish state, and continued, "We bow to the resistance of the guerrillas and wish victory for them. We will stand by them until the last moment of our lives. People of conscience in Kurdistan and the world should  stand against the Turkish occupation.

 'The resistance will continue even if only one of us remains'

 Karim Sheikho, from the city of Kobani, indicated that they will rise with their hearts, souls and weapons, and that victory will be their ally.  Sheikho expressed his feelings, saying, "We will all resist, young and old, and we will be victorious. We do not fear enemy tanks and cannons. I am fifty years old and I came here to support the guerrilla resistance. They will not be able to defeat and exterminate us. The resistance will continue even if one person remains."  Only one of us. Apart from Erdogan personally, there is someone who represents this person, Masoud Barzani. He is Kurdish, but he is an enemy of the Kurds and an ally of Erdogan.

 'The agents of the Turkish state also will not be able to break the will of the people'

 A member of the Union of Intellectuals, Hasina Ahmed, expressed her dissatisfaction with the government of Başûr Kurdistan saying: “Instead of standing with the resistance of the Kurdish people, the people of Rojava and the resistance of the guerrilla, we see it linked to the Turkish state.”  We also see that it agreements it signed with the Turkish state resulted in an increase in the number of bases of the occupied Turkish state in Başûr Kurdistan.

 Hasina Ahmed pointed out that the people of Başûr should take a stand against the current situation.  Hasina also mentioned that Başûr is currently under occupation and continued, "It can be said that the Turkish state has occupied Başûr Kurdistan. It has many bases in Başûr Kurdistan. The occupying Turkish state fights us from inside, and unfortunately, the  The government of Başûr supports it in this."

 At the end of her speech, Hasina called Ahmed: "We have repeatedly called on the Kurdistan Democratic Party, Başûr and the officials there to retract their position. The practices they are doing are flawed and the Kurdish people are presented to the world as weak. Nevertheless, the Kurdish people will resist whatever happens. No.  The Turkish state and its agents are able to break the will of the Kurdish people. We will always show our resistance.

 'With resistance, everything can be achieved'

  For her part, Shafeen Khalil, a member of the Golden Crescent Movement, said: "Today we all represent guerrilla in our thoughts, feelings and hearts." Khalil also condemned the betrayal of the Kurdistan Democratic Party and continued her speech, saying, "Today the guerrilla forces are resisting in the mountains. We must stand against the betrayal of the Kurdistan Democratic Party. We should as a people  It is Kurdish to stand against the Turkish state, which has been hostile to us for years. With resistance, everything can be achieved."

 'An enemy cannot become a friend'

 As the brother of the martyr Juma (Omar Hussein Ibrahim), Abdul Qadir Ibrahim, explained that the attacks targeting the guerrillas target the entire Kurdish people and he directed the union’s message in this way: “We condemn the injustice practiced against the Kurdish people. We, as the families of the martyrs, will stand up to  the side of the guerrilla to the last drop of our blood. No one should think that we are not united. Bakur, Başûr, Rojhlat and Rojava. Our martyrs sacrificed their lives from all parts of Kurdistan, and we will follow in their footsteps."

 Ibrahim also addressed this message to the members of the Barzani family that supports the Turkish state: "Let the Barzani family know well that the enemy is our enemy. The Turkish state was the first to stand against the independence of Başûr Kurdistan when it was talked about. The enemy cannot become a friend. Your friends are guerrillas,  and the Kurds in all parts of Kurdistan.
