Newroz Ahmed calls for promotion of People's revolutionary war culture in world

Her speech came within works of the Third Conference of the Women's Protection Units (YPJ), held in the city of Hasaka, under the slogan "The guarantor of women's freedom, protecting the land and defeating the occupation

At the beginning of her speech Ahmed praised the great sacrifices made by the Women's Protection Units, which enabled the peoples of NE Syria to live in safety, stability and peace, and said: "On this occasion, we remember all our fighters who sacrificed themselves."

Newroz Ahmed emphasized that women in NE Syria, and the Women's Protection Units have proven to societies and the world that women are able to lead revolutions, assume their responsibilities in defending their revolution, and give the world a new meaning of resistance and redemption.

She called for raising the pace of the struggle for the liberation of the occupied areas by the Turkish occupation state, in reference to "Afrin and Serêkaniyê / Ras al-Ain and Girê Spî / Tal Abyad," and said: "We see that as one of our responsibilities and priorities."

It is scheduled to give a speech by the Women's Authority in the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria, and a speech by Conference Star, and read the annual report of the Women's Protection Units activities, to discuss the political and organizational situation, in addition to reviewing and amending the internal system to come up with recommendations.
