Turkish mercenaries kidnapped a young man and cut down more than 375 olive trees in occupied Afrin

Within the framework of the systematic crimes committed by the Turkish occupation and its mercenaries to push the indigenous people in the occupied canton of Afrin to displacement, with the aim of changing the demographic structure of the occupied area and consolidating the Turkish occupation in it, members of the “military police” mercenaries of the Turkish occupation kidnapped the young Mohammad Shukri Sheikh Sidi (28 A year-old, from Sheikhotka village of Mobata district in the occupied canton of Afrin, on the 11th of April. According to what was reported by a source.

The source added that Mohammad Shukri was taken to the headquarters of the "military police" in the center of Afrin canton, and his fate is still unknown.

On the other hand, a second source from the Bulbul district in the occupied Afrin canton reported that the mercenaries of "Sultan Murad" of the Turkish occupation cut down 350 perennial olive trees in the field owned by Ibrahim Mahmoud Ibish, from the village of Bella, in the Bulbul district.

In the same village, the mercenaries themselves cut down more than 25 perennial olive trees owned by Jalal Omar. According to the same source.

It is worth noting that the deliberate cutting of trees by the mercenaries of the Turkish occupation continues to increase, bringing the total trees they cut at the beginning of this year to more than two thousand, and the mercenary groups adopt this approach with the aim of destroying the nature of the province and changing its features.
