Abeer Elia’s speech came in a statement published on the website of the Executive Council of the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria, where she said regarding receiving foreign delegations: “Coordination takes place between us, receives them, discusses several issues and exchanges views on several topics related to the Syrian issue in general, and the internal affairs in the northern regions and eastern Syria in particular, in addition to discussing the political situation and the challenges facing the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria, including the Turkish threat and its violations in the Syrian areas it occupies, and the drones attacks against the civilians and the Syrian Democratic Forces.

Regarding the ISIS file, Elia said: "We are discussing with delegations the ISIS file in general to solve it completely, and we thank the countries that respond to us regarding this file. We are continuing to cooperate to deport the last child and family of ISIS families to their home country and integrate them into their original community."

Regarding the same file, Elia added: "We are also discussing with the delegations the issue of the Cubs of the Caliphate who are in the prisons of the Syrian Democratic Forces, and the trial of women affiliated with ISIS, so that justice may take its course in this file."

Abeer Elia concluded her speech by appealing to the international community to completely resolve the ISIS file due to its great danger, as evidenced by the recent attack on the Al-Sinaa prison in Hasaka, and said: "All these issues related to each other until a political solution is reached that satisfies all Syrians."
